1. Intellectual Property Rights

1. All text, product pictures, equipment drawings, technical articles, video materials, logo, trademark and webpage design displayed on this website are exclusive intellectual property of Shanghai Reliance Machinery. They are protected by international copyright, trademark and patent laws.
2. No user may reproduce, crawl, edit, forward, resell, embed or use any content of this website for commercial purposes without written official authorization from the Company. Unauthorized piracy and infringement will be held legally liable for compensation.
3. Product parameters, structure diagrams and case pictures on the website are for display and reference only, and shall not be copied for competing product development and counterfeit production.

2. Website Usage Rules & User Obligations

1. Hacking the website backend, invading server data, implanting malicious programs, viruses and trojans to destroy website normal operation;
2. Using batch crawler tools to grab massive website data, occupy server bandwidth and interfere with normal access of other users;
3. Submitting false enterprise information, forged contact methods and malicious invalid inquiry orders to disturb the Company’s sales work;
4. Using the website platform to release illegal, violent, fraudulent, politically sensitive and other prohibited information;
5. Violating local national laws and international trade regulations through the website channel.
    
   The Company has the right to block IP access, reserve evidence and pursue legal liabilities once any above violation is confirmed.

3. Product & Quotation Disclaimer

1. All equipment specifications, technical indexes, production line layout and price range displayed on the website are only general reference information. The formal binding quotation, technical specification sheet and contract content shall be subject to the signed official business contract confirmed by both parties via email and sealed documents.
2. Due to continuous product iteration and technical upgrading, partial parameters and appearance of machinery may be optimized without real-time update on the website page. The final delivered product shall prevail against the customized technical confirmation document.
3. The Company does not guarantee that the website content is completely error-free or interruption-free during access. We will perform regular website maintenance, and temporary access failure caused by maintenance will not be deemed a breach of obligation.

4. Business Transaction & Order Agreement

1. Any formal purchase order, customized project demand, deposit payment and delivery arrangement shall only take legal effect after a formal sales contract is signed and sealed by both parties. Oral consultation and preliminary online inquiry do not constitute a binding sales contract.
2. The User shall bear the responsibilities of confirming bottle specifications, workshop environment, power supply conditions and relevant local pharmaceutical certification requirements before placing an order. Losses caused by inaccurate demand confirmation shall be borne by the purchasing party.
3. Payment method, production cycle, delivery term, international freight cost, customs clearance liability and after-sales warranty scope are all specified in the formal contract; the website public content cannot override the agreed clauses in the signed contract.

5. After-Sales Warranty & Limitation of Liability

1. Standard warranty period for core mechanical and electrical components of our equipment is implemented in accordance with the formal contract. Free repair and replacement of faulty parts within the warranty range caused by manufacturing quality problems; damage caused by man-made misoperation, improper maintenance, force majeure and wearing parts are not covered by free warranty.
2. The Company is only responsible for the equipment itself manufactured and supplied by us. We shall not be liable for indirect losses including but not limited to production shutdown profit loss, order default compensation and project delay loss caused by equipment use, except for mandatory legal liability.
